Mindfulness Yoga is Back!!
Nancy has been teaching Yoga for over 40 years. Starting with the Iyengar method for many years, then training with mindful movement and meditation. As her teachings evolved, she adopted the awareness of "Less is More" - realizing that we can grow more supple and stronger without doing extreme postures.

Her approach works with connective tissue- moving slowly and mindfully with the breath- helping us deepen our poses. This type of practice has a profound effect on calming the nervous system as well as helping us gain suppleness & strength.

Nancy's lighthearted touch to teaching is both mindful & fun!
Beginners and seasoned yogi's are welcome. Her students love her!
