Herbal Medicine for Families
Nancy Buley, instructor
Fee $45 per family -(parent & 2 kids- ages 6+ ) Parents will need to help their kids.
Introduce yourself to some common herbs that are growing all around us & learn their plant medicine.
We’ll make a hot tea & cold drink, meet some plant friends and learn about teas, poultices & infusions.Some of the herbal friends we’ll meet include: dandelion, yarrow, plantain, St Johns Wort, mints, lemon balm, comfrey, calendula and more will hopefully become your allies for many health needs.
Parents will need to help with the cooking & pouring of hot oils.
Each family will take home a healing salve, bug bite sticks and a bug spray.with essential oils.
